Budgetair Booking Error with Saudia Airlines

We bought round-trip airline tickets from Saudia Airlines through this agency. The letter "ö" is present in my surname, and we made sure to include it correctly when we made the booking. However, when we received the ticket, we noticed that the "ö" was displayed as "oe". We reached out to the agency to ask for a correction, but unfortunately, they were not very cooperative. In addition, the airline expressed concern about the potential impact of this error on our flight and stressed the need for assistance from the agency. Because of the agency's insufficient assistance, canceling the ticket would result in a cancellation fee that is nearly half the original price. To be honest, this irresponsible behavior has caused us a lot of inconvenience. Please kindly consider waiving the cancellation fees in the event that the letter correction is not addressed promptly.
