Unauthorized Mega Miles Limited Fees Added to My Vodafone Phone Bill

I have been a loyal Vodafone mobile user for many years and have never experienced an issue until now. However, a subscription for "Mega Miles Limited" was recently initiated on my line without my authorization or consent. A recurring fee of 239 TL (including taxes) was billed directly to my monthly invoice via mobile payment. I demand the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized Mega Miles subscription and a full refund to resolve my financial grievance.
