Tatilox Refused My Refund Request for No:33 Bungalows Due to False Pool Specs

On July 9, 2026, at 3:00 PM, we checked into the Çukurkeşlik 3378 resort located in Yenişehir, Mersin. At this facility, for which we paid a total of $970, hygiene conditions were extremely inadequate, and the staff's unhelpful, irresponsible attitude further compounded our negative experience.

Due to the severe lack of cleanliness and the staff's indifferent, non-solution-oriented approach, we were forced to check out of the facility that same evening at 9:30 PM. When I spoke with the staff on duty, they claimed we had no right to a refund. I later spoke with a company executive who stated they would call me back with an update, but as of right now, I have still received no resolution.

I demand a full refund of the $970 I paid. Furthermore, I request that a necessary investigation be conducted regarding this matter and that prospective guests be properly informed so that others do not suffer the same grievance I experienced.
