Budget Withdraws Money From Credit Card Without Information

I recently rented a car from Booking.com for a trip to Stockholm Arlanda, Sweden. I was charged 2196.35 TL for the rental fee and 595.98 TL for what I believe was a road toll. But then in February, three more charges were made on my card - 1433.73 TL, 2051.75 TL, and 582.95 TL - without any explanation or information about what these fees were for! I contacted Budget Turkey to ask about it, but all they told me was to file a complaint via email. So I did that two weeks ago, but still haven't heard anything back yet! It's really frustrating because I don't even know what these charges are for or why they were taken out of my account without warning or explanation. It's not fair that companies can just take money out of people's accounts like this without giving them any information about it first! If I had known what these fees were for in advance, I would have been able to make an informed decision about whether or not to go ahead with the rental agreement in the first place. I hope that Budget will get back to me soon so that I can find out what these mysterious charges are and why they were taken from my account without warning!
