Budget Charged Me Unjustified Fees for a Rental in Bologna Without Any Explanation

I rented a car from Budget's Bologna office with booking number E896955371. I made an online reservation and paid €205.06, which included full protection. However, after returning the vehicle, I was shocked to receive a final invoice of €467.41 without any justification or explanation. I contacted Budget Italy multiple times, but they ignored me. When they finally responded, their answer was basically complain wherever you want. On top of that, I felt discriminated against for being Turkish. Experiencing such unfair treatment and racism in Europe was the last thing I expected. I reached out to European consumer protection organizations, but they rejected my case, stating I was not a European citizen. I now find myself stuck in a system that seems to protect companies while leaving non-European consumers without any support. Budget's indifference and the discrimination I have faced have been overwhelming. This situation has caused me significant stress, and I am determined to speak out for both human rights and consumer rights. I need support to bring attention to this injustice and ensure others do not go through the same experience. No one deserves to be treated this way.
