BtcTurk Withheld My Funfair Ethereum Tokens and Refused to Return Them
On December 2, 2024, I transferred Funfair Ethereum-based tokens to my BtcTurk Ethereum wallet, trusting that Ethereum wallets could receive such tokens without issue. Initially, BtcTurk assured me that the tokens would be converted to Ethereum in my account. However, as time passed, I discovered that my tokens were essentially withheld since Funfair tokens were not listed on BtcTurk. When I requested their return, I was informed that a refund was impossible. This has left me deeply wronged and deceived, as my savings have been taken without justification. Shockingly, a platform of this scale can seize funds under the guise of unsupported infrastructure. I urge anyone considering using BtcTurk to think twice before trusting them with their assets.
You have unethically withheld my money. This will greatly damage the reputation and reliability of this cryptocurrency exchange. Throughout the process, you neither contacted nor asked me. The customer representative initially stated that I should expect the payment to be made. Later, you seized my money by saying that our infrastructure is not suitable for this, and we neither give you your money nor refund it. People should see this practice.
