I deposited a significant amount of money into Freebitco.in and purchased 23,493 Fun Tokens. Ten days ago, I submitted a withdrawal request to transfer my accumulated tokens to my external wallet. However, despite the time that has passed, the tokens have not arrived, and I haven't received any explanation or status update.
