I recently discovered that my BTCTurk account was accessed without my authorization, and my entire Bitcoin balance was emptied. This happened despite having fingerprint login enabled for added security.
BTCTurk claims that a confirmation email was sent and approved for the withdrawal, but I never approved any such transaction. While I did receive an email, there was no action taken from my side. How was my account compromised despite these security measures?
Even worse, BTCTurk refuses to take any responsibility, offering zero support or assistance in recovering my stolen funds. When I contacted them, I received no real help—not even a phone call to discuss the issue. After years of trusting this platform, I have now lost everything, and BTCTurk simply ignores my concerns.
If this had happened with a bank, they would have acknowledged the breach and worked to resolve the issue. I demand an immediate investigation and refund of my stolen funds. BTCTurk needs to address this major security failure and take responsibility for protecting its users.
