I can’t log in to my BTCTURK account. After entering my password, I receive an SMS code, which works fine. However, the system then says a verification code has been sent to my email to register the device. Despite checking my inbox, spam, and trash folders multiple times, I never receive the email. I’ve repeated this process many times, but no code ever arrives.
When I try to seek support through the app, it asks me to enter the same missing email code to proceed. This leaves me completely locked out of my account, with no access to my funds or ability to perform transactions.
This issue must be resolved urgently, as I’ve noticed many others experiencing the same problem. The lack of resolution raises concerns about BTCTURK’s reliability and accountability. Please address this immediately and restore access to my account.
