On April 6 at 22:27, I experienced a serious issue with BtcTurk that resulted in the loss of my funds. I attempted a transaction but accidentally entered the wrong password, which I later confirmed by checking my notes. I thought the transaction had failed—and according to the email confirmation, it did show as “unsuccessful.”
However, despite the failed status, the money was still withdrawn from my account. I reached out to customer support multiple times. They called me once on the first day, but then never followed up again. Eventually, they suspended my account and sent me a generic message saying the issue wasn’t caused by them. They requested I submit a signed petition, but once I noticed the failed status, I chose instead to submit all evidence to the prosecutor's office.
This is unacceptable. I followed all the steps, and now I’m left with a suspended account and missing funds. BtcTurk must take responsibility and return my money. I expect proper support and resolution—not silence and blame-shifting.
