Brooks Brothers Refuses Refund and Offers Only Store Credit for Unused Product
I recently purchased a jacket from the Brooks Brothers store at Mersin Forum. At the time of purchase, I was not informed of any non-refundable policy. The next day, I returned to the store to initiate a refund, but the store manager, Ms. S****, and her staff informed me that refunds were not possible. They suggested an exchange or providing a store credit, despite me not having taken possession of the product yet.
I contacted customer service to escalate the issue, only to be told the same—refunds are not allowed, and the only option is store credit. This inflexible and customer-unfriendly policy is disappointing and unacceptable for a brand like Brooks Brothers.
I expect a proper resolution and full refund for an unused product. This experience has left me with no intention of shopping at Brooks Brothers again, and I will strongly discourage others from doing so.
