Brooks Brothers Store Prices Triple Compared to Online – Unjustified Difference

I recently noticed that the price of a men’s Brooks Brothers jacket on their website was three times lower than the price in their store. The jacket is identical in fabric, cut, and buttons—essentially the same product. When I brought this to the attention of a store representative, she dismissed the issue, claiming the item was a 2023 model, without offering a proper explanation.

Customer service was equally unhelpful, simply stating that it might be an online campaign. This significant price discrepancy between the online store and physical location is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Brooks Brothers' Turkey operations.

A global brand like Brooks Brothers should maintain consistency and transparency across all platforms. I expect a proper explanation and resolution regarding this unjustified price difference.
