Months ago, I attempted to cancel my contract with British Town Antalya Işıklar branch, but the institution has yet to refund my payment. They made me wait 50 days just to cancel the contract, and now it's been over 65 days with no refund. I’ve repeatedly voiced my complaints. When I started the A2 course, I was insulted by one of the teachers and kicked out of the class. When I brought this issue to the management, they blamed me instead. I also previously informed the management that the classes were shorter than scheduled, with the teacher constantly chatting instead of teaching. Additionally, we didn’t receive our textbooks until over a month after the course began. I’m extremely dissatisfied with both the institution and its staff.
