British Town Aydın Delays C2 Course, Paid Classes Go Unused

I enrolled at the Aydın branch of British Town in November 2022. I purchased classes up to level C2. Within the first month of starting, I experienced 4-5 teacher changes, each restarting the lessons from scratch. My progress was already rocky, and when I reached the advanced level, I faced the same issue.

I struggled through, finally reaching level B2 by the summer of 2023. We were promised an accelerated course to reach level C1 by August; otherwise, our C2 course would be postponed until 2024. So, despite the scorching August heat, I attended classes daily.

Since August 2023, I've been waiting for the C2 course to start. My weeks are busy with other commitments, and language is something that fades if not practiced. I've been waiting for 5 months now. Either provide the course I paid for or refund my money. I've called multiple times but only managed to get through twice. I'm dissatisfied with the education I've received.
