Akbank Did Not Fulfill Refund Promise for My Automatic Bill Payment Campaign
During my call with an Akbank customer representative, I was informed about a campaign offering a ₺500 refund per invoice for my two monthly automatic bill payment orders. However, I only received one refund. After completing my automatic payments for two months, I requested to cancel my automatic payment orders. I was then told the refund would be processed, and that the campaign actually lasted for six months. During my initial conversation with the representative, I was explicitly told the campaign was for two months, and I requested a call recording to be reviewed. Although I was assured I would receive a response within three business days, it has now been 10 days with no update. When I call to follow up, no information is provided. This feels like a clear case of misleading customers. I demand the cancellation of my automatic payments and the refund of my ₺500 as promised.
