Bosch RDW1572 Water Dispenser Algae In Water Despite Repairs - Request Replacement

The Brita pitcher I purchased has developed algae in the area where the filter drips water into the reservoir, even though it has not even been a year since I bought it. No matter what I do, I cannot remove it. Families, including children, drink this water, and it is concerning that a brand claiming to provide healthy, filtered water sells a product that allows algae to form. I thoroughly cleaned the pitcher following the manufacturer’s instructions, but the problem persists. Even replacing the filter did not help, which makes me question the overall quality of the product. If this is a common issue, Brita should take responsibility and provide customers with a proper solution. I urgently request a resolution to this issue.
