Ariel Oxi Detergent Fails to Remove Stains, Requesting Resolution

My wife has been a loyal user of Ariel laundry detergent for many years, but the latest Ariel Oxi (white) detergent we purchased has failed to remove stains as expected. She is requesting a refund, but I understand this may not be possible since we no longer have the receipt. So, I believe raising my concern here is the best way to go forward.

My wife had a similar issue with Ariel detergent last year as well. The product in question is Ariel Oxi Extra Hygiene 5.5 kg powder detergent. We purchased two packs from Carrefour—one has been opened and used, while the other remains sealed. I kindly request that the necessary action be taken regarding this issue.
