I have been experiencing a serious problem for about a year with my Bosch RDW1572 hidden-bottle water dispenser. The water coming from the device contains cotton-like algae formations, which is absolutely unacceptable both in terms of appearance and health. The product is still under warranty. In September, the pump and several other components were replaced under warranty. The service also claimed that they had cleaned the device. However, about a month after this intervention, the same problem reappeared, and the algae-like formations in the water continued. At this stage, we have reached a point where we cannot drink water without holding the glass up to the light and checking it, and this situation has begun to affect us psychologically, as we cannot feel safe while consuming water in our own home. This issue clearly poses a health risk and has seriously damaged our trust in the brand. Since the problem recurs despite the repairs and cleaning, I consider the product to be defective. I therefore request that my water dispenser be replaced with a brand-new product, as I do not want to continue experiencing this issue. I kindly request that my complaint be urgently reviewed and that a new device be supplied as a permanent solution.
