Brita Level Indicator Battery Is Stuck and I Cannot Find any Information Online



I recently bought a Brita product and ran into a significant problem with the battery for the level indicator. It's currently deactivated, and extracting it without causing any damage appears to be extremely challenging. I tried to remove the indicator, but it's really hard to get rid of. After facing difficulties, I looked for help and information on resolving this issue, both on Brita's website and throughout the internet. Regrettably, there is no information accessible anywhere. I'm disappointed, particularly because I had higher expectations from a brand like Brita. I sincerely hope that Brita can promptly and efficiently address this problem because, currently, I feel uninformed and uncertain about how to proceed. I'm looking forward to receiving a response from the support team in a timely manner.
