We have a Fisher-Price Laugh & Learn Smart Puppy, and it's stuck on level 1. My daughter played with it twice, and when I gave it to her for the third time, I noticed it wouldn’t level up. I replaced the batteries, but the issue persists. Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to reach customer service for support.
