Fisher-Price Laugh & Learn Smart Puppy Stuck on Level 1

We have a Fisher-Price Laugh & Learn Smart Puppy, and it's stuck on level 1. My daughter played with it twice, and when I gave it to her for the third time, I noticed it wouldn’t level up. I replaced the batteries, but the issue persists. Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to reach customer service for support. If anyone knows how to contact them or has experienced the same issue, please share your insights here. It’s frustrating that the toy isn’t functioning as it should, and any advice on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
