Bright Learn Fast Charged Me Without Consent and Refused to Let Me Cancel

I signed up for Bright Learn Fast thinking it would be a helpful app, but I quickly realized it wasn't for me. Unfortunately, since then, they have been automatically charging my account without my permission. What’s worse, there is no proper way to cancel the subscription through the app or website. Every attempt to stop the charges has led nowhere.

The system is intentionally difficult and confusing, clearly designed to trap users into ongoing payments for a service that doesn't deliver any value. I’ve been charged repeatedly without proper consent, and there is no clear support channel or assistance offered.

This app has been nothing but a source of stress. I feel deceived and taken advantage of. I am demanding a full refund for the unauthorized charges, and if I don’t receive a response soon, I will take legal action. No one should be forced to pay for a service they neither want nor can properly cancel. Bright Learn Fast needs to take accountability for these unfair practices.
