I Got Charged Without Consent and Can’t Cancel My Bright Learn Fast Subscription

I want to cancel my Bright Learn Fast subscription immediately, but I haven’t received any response from their team despite multiple attempts. They’re deliberately stalling, ignoring my messages, and making the process as difficult as possible. What’s worse is that they withdrew money from my bank account without my approval. I never authorized a payment, and yet they charged me.

It took me two months to even notice the unauthorized withdrawals. This kind of negligence and lack of transparency is outrageous. It feels like they’re intentionally creating a system where canceling is nearly impossible so they can keep pulling money from users unnoticed.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. This behavior is unacceptable for a company claiming to help people learn. I demand a full refund and immediate cancellation of my subscription. If I don’t receive a solution soon, I will escalate this by filing an official complaint.
