I Canceled My Bright Learn Fast Trial Early but They Still Tried to Bill Me

On August 31, 2024, I downloaded the Bright Learn Fast app and started a one-week free trial for an accelerated English course. On September 3, 2024, before the trial period ended, I canceled my subscription directly through the app. The “Subscription canceled” notice appeared in my account, yet the end date shows as August 30, 2026, and the system has been trying to charge me ₺1,849.
Since I removed my payment method, the charge has not gone through yet, but the app warns that the amount will be automatically deducted once I add a new card. The subscription terms clearly stated that I would not be charged if I canceled before the free trial ended, which I did. However, the app is still attempting to bill me, which is unacceptable and misleading.
There is no contact information or customer service access inside the app, and I discovered that many users are experiencing the same issue. I request that no charges be applied to my account, as my membership was canceled within the free-trial period, and that this issue be resolved immediately to prevent further unauthorized payments.
