Bright Learn Fast Charged During Free Trial and Refused Refund
I signed up for a 1-week free trial with Bright Learn Fast, expecting exactly that—a free trial. But to my shock, they immediately charged me ₺2749 without warning. I had no intention of purchasing the subscription, especially since I know the app offers an 80% discount if you initially decline. Had I wanted to pay, I would have waited for that deal.
I canceled the subscription right away, yet no refund was issued. I contacted Apple support, but they declined my refund request. When I reached out for help again, Apple told me to speak with Bright Learn Fast. Then Bright redirected me back to Apple, creating a frustrating cycle with no accountability.
I now feel completely misled and ignored. If this issue isn’t resolved promptly, I’ll be forced to escalate this to consumer protection authorities. Charging users without consent during a free trial and then denying support is unethical and unacceptable. Please refund my ₺2749 immediately.
