Bright Learn Fast Charged Me Instantly Despite Canceling Free Trial

I strongly urge everyone to avoid using Bright Learn Fast, even for the free trial. I accepted the 7-day free trial offer and canceled the subscription within minutes to prevent any charges after the trial ended. Despite canceling immediately, the app still charged me ₺2749 right away. This was a completely unauthorized transaction.

I submitted a refund request to Apple, but it was denied without a proper explanation. It’s clear from other user experiences that this app follows the same tactic with many others—luring people in with a fake free trial and then charging their card instantly. Worse yet, they refuse to issue refunds.

This is a blatant misuse of trust and should not be tolerated. I demand that Bright Learn Fast refund the full amount immediately. If not, I will report this to all relevant consumer rights organizations. This type of deceptive behavior must stop.
