When I logged back into my Brawl Stars account through Google today after a long break, I noticed a serious loss on my account. Almost all of my pets are gone, and I can also see that some of my characters are missing. Even though I did not make any changes to my account, these losses occurred, which is very concerning.
I previously made in-game purchases and spent approximately $17. Losing some of the content I obtained through those purchases has caused both financial and emotional hardship. Even though my account had not been actively used for a while, I do not accept my content disappearing in this way.
I am requesting that the missing pets and characters on my account be thoroughly reviewed and fully restored based on my purchase and gameplay history. I also ask that the necessary security and data checks be performed on my account to prevent a similar issue from happening again.
