Since last night, I have experienced a serious loss on my Brawl Stars account connected to my Supercell ID. I originally had a total of 71 characters on my account, but now only 12 are showing. A large portion of my characters has disappeared. My player name is p***, and my ID name is B***.
In particular, my Mecha Leon skin for Leon is completely gone. I also had valuable and important skins for Surge, and many of those, along with several other characters and skins, are no longer visible on my account. I cannot remember every single item, but a significant portion of the characters and skins I earned over a long period of time through effort and dedication has disappeared.
I am requesting that my account be thoroughly investigated, that the missing characters and skins be identified, and that all of my lost characters and skins be fully restored. I want this issue resolved as soon as possible and my account restored to its previous state.
