My Brawl Stars Characters Are Gone

I have been actively playing Brawl Stars for about 7 years, and my account is linked to my Google Play profile. Today I experienced a very serious problem with my account. Some of the characters that I earned only by playing the game over a long period of time suddenly disappeared for no reason. There was no update on my account, no login from a different device, and I did not experience any connection issues, so encountering such a situation upset me a lot. My in-game nickname is “Hyper_Leon”. I have never made any paid purchases in the game; all my progress and characters have been obtained only through long-term effort and gameplay. Losing the characters I earned in this way is not acceptable to me. I contacted Supercell support, but due to high demand, I have not yet received any assistance or clear information.
