Brawl Stars removed my characters without reason, how can I get my account restored?

If your Brawl Stars characters disappeared without reason, you’ll need to contact Supercell Support to investigate and restore your account, because there’s no automatic in-game fix for missing progress.
Some players report sudden character loss even with Supercell ID linked, and only Support can check your specific situation and account data.
To get help, open Brawl Stars, go to Settings → Help & Support, and send a detailed ticket including your Player ID, tag, account name, email, purchase receipts, and trophy/club info so Support can verify you own the account.
If your account is linked to a Supercell ID, try logging out and back in with the correct email first; this often restores your full progress.
