I play Brawl Stars through my Google Play–linked account. Normally, I had 68 out of 98 characters unlocked in the game. However, when I logged in between January 20 and 21, I noticed that only 12 out of 13 characters were showing on my account. A large number of my characters and the trophies I worked hard to earn have disappeared.
Just the day before, I had pushed one of my characters from 980 trophies to 1,005 trophies. When I logged in the next day, that character was completely gone. My player name is Beren. Even though my account has not been fully reset, many of the characters I unlocked through long-term gameplay have suddenly become unavailable. I have not made any in-game purchases, but since some players pay to unlock these characters, this situation represents both a loss of time and potential monetary value.
I reported the issue by leaving a review on the Brawl Stars page on Google Play, but I have not received any response so far. I am requesting that all of my missing characters and the trophies I earned with them be fully restored to my account and that I receive a clear explanation regarding this issue.
