Repair Delay for the Braun Iron
I took my Braun iron to the authorized service center on February 21, 2024. I was promptly notified that the entire base required replacement and that they were awaiting instructions from headquarters. Since that date, during my conversations with the company, they have notified me that the Braun Turkey portal systems are no longer operational, and they are unable to access the portal. In addition, they noted that because of Braun's move to the Fakir group, they have been unable to get in touch with anyone. It's been two months and I'm still waiting for the iron base to be replaced. As someone who works in a professional setting, it is essential for me to have access to an iron. However, I am currently making do with a handheld one. Furthermore, parts prices have risen over the past two months. I kindly request that my concern be attended to.
