Braun MQ7045X Multiquick 7 Hand Blender Set Repair Not Happening

MQ7045X Multiquick 7 Hand Blender Set, which we purchased on 30.10.2022, malfunctioned. We called your customer service, we were directed to Naz Technical Service, the authorised service in Ankara. I delivered my product and today it has been 1 month and 10 days. Every time we asked during the process, we were kept waiting for 1 month, saying that we were waiting for spare parts. Afterwards, it was said that we sent an e-mail to Braun Turkey and we were waiting. I call your Braun customer service, they say they could not contact the service. I call the service and they say we forwarded it. We are doing the work that both parties should do as a customer. No one is doing their job properly. I am very regretful that I bought Braun. I will not recommend it to anyone from now on. If there are no spare parts, follow your return procedure. I have never seen such a bad service understanding and nonsense.
