I bought the Braun Multiquick5 Vario blender set back in June 2023, and unfortunately, it started malfunctioning. Unfortunately, a service center in Ankara declined to inspect the blender, mentioning that they no longer provide assistance for it. Someone else mentioned that they were unable to currently accept it. One person suggested that after speaking with the regional manager, it could be fixed for ₺3000 plus service fees. The repair costs for the warranted product are almost equivalent to purchasing a brand new device. It appears that Braun is missing or unavailable. I'm patiently waiting for a solution to this matter.
