Constant Water Leakage and Odors in New Braun Iron

I bought a Braun iron, and when I got home, it started smelling weird and leaking water. I was hoping to exchange it, so I returned it. However, they just repaired it and sent it back. When I tried to get a replacement again, the service team said they couldn't make a decision and sent it back with a note. This process took a really long time, like two and a half months, and we didn't have an iron during that whole period. I'm really disappointed, nothing has been resolved and no one is taking responsibility. Before you decide on Braun, make sure to think twice—I definitely won't be making that same mistake again. Now, I'm going to take legal action to assert my rights.
