After using my Braun MQ785 blender set for two years, I began to notice a burning smell coming from the motor. In the end, it totally stopped working, so I had to send it in to get it fixed. The service center said I could get my money back or exchange the item. However, since I purchased it from Trendyol, they said they don't have any more in stock to give me a refund. The prices right now have gone way up compared to when I bought it, and since I don't have warranty coverage, it feels like I got nothing. I'm disappointed to find out that Braun, a brand I thought was really good, isn't living up to my expectations. I will never do that again.
