In October 2023, I bought a Braun filter coffee maker from a BIM store. There is an issue with the drip system; the coffee brews but does not drip into the carafe. When I called Braun customer service, they directed me to the nearest Eryaman Minihome service center. Upon arrival, the representative looked at my receipt and said, 'This won't work, the receipt only says filter coffee maker, how am I supposed to know it's a Braun receipt?' The warranty booklet is included inside. He said, 'This is not a warranty paper, I can't process this as a warranty.' I am being unnecessarily inconvenienced and redirected to BIM. I expect Braun officials to address this issue.
