Bosch Delivered a Defective Tumble Dryer and Delayed the Replacement Process


Bosch Turkey still has not produced a solution for the defective product it sells. Delivered on December 14, 2024, the Bosch brand tumble dryer has scratches and dents as seen in the pictures. The damaged part was covered with a label so that it would not be noticed. I created a return request for the defective product and was told that it was approved, but still neither the new product was delivered nor the old product was taken from my home. Since I did not have it installed, the defective product stands behind the apartment door in my corridor, I enter and exit my home by rubbing between the wall and the door. For 3 days, neither the call center nor the dealer has been able to find a solution. When I call, I am told that the factory will be contacted and will return quickly, but no action has been taken yet. It is not enough that they brought the defective product to my home, but there is still no return for the day of exchange. If it is not resolved within the day tomorrow, I will apply to Consumer Rights via e-government for selling defective goods.
