BP Station Not Selling Petrol Before Price Hike
On June 18, 2025, between 18:05 and 18:10 in the evening, while going from Ordu Uzunisa Kökenli Neighborhood to Ordu city center, I went to the first BP Petrol station on my way, Topçuoğulları Petrol. I wanted to get fuel. They said there is a problem if you want to get gas. This is the 4th or 5th problem I have experienced at this station. However, for some reason, this place does not sell fuel to people before the price hike and victimizes them. When I asked why you are constantly saying there is a problem and not giving fuel before the price hike, I did not get any answer. It is unacceptable for an international giant company like BP to turn a blind eye to such businesses. You can see from the camera footage that they sent the vehicles. It is unacceptable for them to tell people there is a problem and to constantly tell the same lie just to sell at the increased price. I request that the business be investigated and the necessary sanctions be taken. Otherwise, I would like you to know that I will not hesitate to take the issue to the relevant state institutions.
They called me from Petrol Ofisi and we talked. That day, they said there was a malfunction because there was no gasoline. They couldn't say there was no fuel. I told the gentleman who called me that I managed a gas station for 3 years, that it is impossible for the gasoline to run out, that this problem always occurs right before a price increase 4-5 times and that it is done in bad faith, that they can also monitor the amount of gasoline in the tanks themselves, and that what they told me was unrealistic and intended to protect the dealer. In short, it is a complete disappointment. You are giving false information to the wrong person. Because unfortunately, you have no chance of deceiving me. My complaint about that dealer is ongoing and I kindly ask you to take the necessary actions and inform me.
