BP Gas Station Put Wrong Fuel in My Vehicle

My vehicle became unusable because the wrong fuel was put in it at BP. We phoned the BP support center and informed them of the situation. We requested assistance in resolving the situation. We went to the station, explained the situation, and they gave us their bosses' phone numbers and told us to call them. We spoke with the station owner several times, but after 12 days of being distracted, we lost patience, and when we said we would complain about you, he said, "Complain wherever you want," and hung up on us. We called BP once more. They spoke with the station owner, who informed them that my insurance does not cover the replacement part and that I could only have the cleaning process completed. When we told him that the parts needed to be changed or there would be a problem in the future, he said, "I don't pay, go to court if you want." When we told BP about it, they said, "You can make the station owner's suggestion, but we can't do anything else." Why should we accept the station owner's limited insurance and insistence on a low insurance fee? Our 16th-day, vehicle is still waiting to be finished in service. We hired a lawyer and intend to sue. Who knows how many days we will be without a car as a result of the legal proceedings? We went to that station because BP wrote it; if Erhan Petrol had written it, we would not have gone. How could an international corporation like BP fail to own this event, leaving us at the mercy of the station owner? This happened to us because we trusted BP as a corporate and used BP.
