I went to Shell Zonguldak/Alaplı Ucler Petrol to buy fuel for my diesel vehicle with my 67AAG374 vehicle that I had just bought. Gasoline was used instead of diesel fuel and we were not told about this. I set out again towards Eregli with my vehicle, and when the car started to stall and malfunction, I pulled over and stopped. When I looked at the receipt, I saw that gasoline had been poured into my diesel vehicle. I had my vehicle towed to the authorized service. I contacted the petrol station. They stated that what was necessary would be done. Although they said that some parts of my service vehicle needed to be replaced, the gas station insurance officials said that they would repair the parts, not replace them. In the meantime, a replacement vehicle was requested from the station, but they said that they did not have such a practice. I had to rent a car. I requested the towing fee and they declared that they could not pay it either. Anyway, the vehicle left the service after a while and was not very efficient. As is known, as is very clear in the Supreme Court decisions, the gasoline company must cover all of the tow truck money, repair and renovation fees, vehicle rental fees, and loss of value. If immediate compensation is not sought, a lawsuit will be filed, demanding that the attorneyship and litigation fees be charged to the defendant. Even though I know we will win the case, I do not think it is right for the huge Shell company to approach this way. I am hereby informing you of this issue. I wish convenience.
