In 2019, I bought a Bosch dishwasher, and in 2019, the metal part that holds the plastic piece that rotates and sprays water broke at the point where it is welded. They messed up something as simple as the welding process. Please accept my humble request that Bosch take ownership of their brand. I've sent photos and videos to customer service to help explain the problem, and I've asked that it be fixed for free under the terms of the warranty. Nonetheless, they blamed it on user error and demanded that I pay for the repair, despite the fact that it was my fault. I am writing to request your assistance in resolving this matter.
