My Bosch Unlimited Vacuum is Broken - Red Light & No Power

I am absolutely furious with my Bosch Unlimited dual-battery stick vacuum! This product is still under warranty, and it's incredibly disappointing to be experiencing problems with a brand like Bosch. For the past month, despite my attempts to use it, a red light keeps flashing, and the vacuum simply won't work!

When I try to turn it on, the red light comes on, but the vacuum remains lifeless. Even when it's plugged in and charging, it randomly shuts down. This is completely unacceptable for a relatively new, expensive appliance from a reputable brand. I bought this vacuum for its convenience and reliability, and it's failing on both counts.

Bosch, you need to fix this defective vacuum immediately! This red light issue and power malfunction are rendering my vacuum useless. Repair my Bosch Unlimited vacuum under warranty or replace it with a fully functional unit now!
