Bosch Cordless Vacuum Cleaner Light & Service Problem

We purchased a cordless vacuum cleaner in March 2023. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to use it even once without encountering a problem. The LED light turns on when the cleaner is in operation but immediately goes off when we try to clean the floor. Despite the motor running, the machine doesn't effectively clean or vacuum anything. We've reached out to the service several times, and they've sent the cleaner back, but the issue remains unresolved. We've sent the cleaner to the local service at least three times, and we've made numerous calls to both the Bosch Turkish Center and the Local Service. However, every time we contact the Bosch Center in Turkey, we're told that they are still reviewing the report. This has been an extremely frustrating experience with Bosch's service in Turkey. We're deeply disappointed, considering Bosch is a renowned German company. We've never encountered such poor service from any of Bosch's competitors.
