I purchased a Bosch washing machine just a year ago, and it has already started breaking down repeatedly. The service team visited and stated that the water pump motor needed replacement. Shockingly, in just one year, the machine's rubber parts and motor have deteriorated, essentially falling apart on their own.
I requested a replacement, as it’s clear this is a defective product, but Bosch refused to send a technician to inspect it again, claiming the issue was resolved after rejecting my request outright. Meanwhile, my household with two children has piles of unwashed laundry because the machine is unusable.
Why won’t Bosch acknowledge the defect in their product? I regret ever purchasing from this brand and will never buy Bosch again. I’ve included images to show the damage. Please resolve this issue immediately by replacing this faulty machine.
