Hello, I bought this product in February and I have used it at most 30 times, first of all, I want it to be known as a terrible product !!!!!!incredibly bulky and impractical !!!!!! Even when the vacuum cleaner is close to the minimum, it never moves forward. I have 4 kinds of carpets, in each of them, it lifts the carpet, you can never sweep it without holding it with support, without fixing your foot to two points, and when I contacted bosch, they sold me a new head apparatus, but it never sweeps!!!!!! Does the vacuum cleaner never go forward !!!!? I have been using Bosch products for years and I am very very satisfied with all of them, but this product is terrible !!!!!? Please do not buy or have anyone buy!!!!! I want my money back or I want an old model Bosch with dust bag !!!!!!!!
