Bosch Serie 8 Vacuum Cleaner  Turbo Brush Head Won't Rotate

Bought a Bosch Serie 8 corded vacuum cleaner. I have used the vacuum cleaner for two months without any problems. The turbo brush head of the vacuum started not to rotate from the carpet surfaces and there was a decrease in traction power. The service came and took a video twice and sent it to the factory. Although it was observed that the brush, which rotates only on the laminate surface, does not rotate on different carpet surfaces, they gave feedback that it works normally. Service personnel see the problem and say there is a problem, but the center ignores it. They also give a so-called 10-year engine warranty! I will take legal action, if anyone is thinking of buying it, don't give that much money to this broom.
