Bosch Technical Service Didn't Come to Fix Refrigerator, Lack of Responsibility
On August 18, 2023, my Bosch double-door refrigerator broke down, causing significant inconvenience during the summer heat. Despite my urgency, they scheduled a service appointment for the 19th. However, the service technician claimed they couldn't find my address and didn't show up. This level of disregard is unacceptable, leaving me in the lurch during a time when I needed prompt assistance. It's disheartening to experience such lack of professionalism from a reputed brand like Bosch.
