Bosch Dryer Quality Issues Cause Expensive Laundry Disaster

The poor quality of the plastic parts in my Bosch dryer is very disappointing to me, but the company says it's my fault. Only a year has passed since I bought the brand-new machine, and during a drying cycle, it ruined the color of all my clothes by turning them all a deep blue. How can this happen with a product that is supposed to do its job well? Why don't you stand behind what you're selling?
