Bosch Dishwasher Delivery Nightmare with No Support





I was only half awake when my new Bosch dishwasher arrived at my house at 9 a.m. on July 2. The delivery staff pressured me to sign the delivery document before I had a chance to thoroughly inspect the product. They abruptly left after that. A few hours later, as I was cleaning the dust from the machine, I saw that the door had been dented and the top had cracked. There were dried water droplets inside the machine when I opened the door. After contacting the company, I was told that since I had accepted delivery, I was not eligible for a refund or exchange, but that I could get replacement parts. I don't understand why I should take a brand new machine straight to the repair shop. How can they justify not replacing the broken machine they initially sent me? They refused to take responsibility for the damaged product they shipped and offered no solutions.
