Bosch Denies Replacement For Incompatible Kitchen Appliances

Cooker, Hood and Dishwasher were purchased from Bosch brand website with order number 1113668066 and these products were delivered on 11.05.2023. Immediately after, the technical service came to make the installation, but the installation could not be done because our kitchen is not suitable for the glass cooker and hood. The technical service said that we need to replace the product. I called customer service and explained that these products were bought as a gift by a family member because I got married, so I wanted to exchange instead of return. However, we were told we can only refund. Again, I told people that these products were gifts and told that I could not return this product and ask for a new product again. Instead, I wanted at least a gift card or other help. However, they were not helped in any way, even though I explained my situation, it is said that you can only return it. I want this problem to be solved, I want the product I bought 5 days ago to be exchanged, not returned, because it is a gift. Even though I offered exchanges, gift cards, etc., many options from the store, they were not helped. If this problem is not resolved, I will neither buy nor recommend a product from the Bosch brand, which gave me this problem on the eve of marriage. (The reason why the stove is not suitable is the risk of explosion when positioned in the corner, since it is glass, and there is no explanation on bosch.com.tr. I am being victimized due to an error that does not belong to me.)
